It’s soloable even below that. I solo’d it on my monk that isn’t even 70 yet although it was obviously more difficult than on my 70s. I would say you can solo Mythic ToS at around level 66 with greens at 284. So, yes, at 340 you should have no problem with Mythic Tomb or Antorus. Yes.
