At least for me, I use it for bruiser kha. But test out different playstyle and find the one that fits you. You will want to take R evolve asap to gank easier and escape easily, Q evolve is good early game however once you get 40% cooldown it is not as useful, E evolve is good to get early if you have a few kills.

As a general rule, if I’m playing into, for example, a lee sin jungle, pantheon mid and renekton top, I’ll probably go bruiser, as by going the conqueror/ bruiser build it allows for legend:tenacity and other runes and items that let you survive …I like to play him with conqueror and with bruiser and assassin items. Conqueror in the paper looks better for kha’zix on season 11 than the current rune. Personally I do think bruiser kha is going to be the meta after this. Ways to circumvent getting people isolated since purely relying on snowball will be much harder now. If our first two clears aren't impacted by the damage nerf then I don't think Kha will change too much from how he is now, but if they are then prepare the hp items.
W evolve is also good with the bruiser Kha, because you get a lot of haste and you can spam W and annoy your enemies. I dont lane with Kha but there are some laning playstyles where W is maxed and evolved 1st. Also evolving E when you are not snowballing is really bad. You need to take advantage of the reset or the ability will feel kinda useless. I think when it comes to Kha his evos really are completely situational which is one of my favorite parts about him. In general, if I’m looking to do some cheeky invade and snowball I’ll take Q, if I’m playing for ganks I’ll take R and if I’m playing it safe or playing utility for the team I’ll take W. E is the only evo that isn’t viable for first evo imo.Look to take Elder and Baron, and catch out people. Talon's E and R allow for a ton of narrow escapes, as his cooldowns are also incredibly low with the amount of Haste built. Even with a bruiser style build, you can typically one shot the enemy adc and still live. W+Q+R+AA is a simple combo to kill squishies.The problem with bruiser kha is that khazix doesn't use tank stats very efficiently. Compared to other bruisers like jarvan renek Darius irelea etc. kha doesn't have a lot of things that they do: free armor/hp, free armor shred, true damage, cc, %hp and/or %armor/Mr scaling. Those are built into bruiser kits to help bruisers be bruisers.Into tanks or bruisers build eclipse. Take Q evolve almost always since one rotation wont burst them back to the void, W evo if behind. If you’ve lost lane prio, farm or look for ganks on almost any target before large item spikes. Into vi and other tanks I still take elec/DH/HOB generally, but build eclipse rather than DB with standard Q-E ... These runes give Kha’Zix the extra damage and survivability he needs in the jungle. Items: Scorchclaw Pup, Duskblade of Draktharr, Lucidity Boots, Youmuu’s Ghostblade, Serylda’s Grudge, Edge of Night, and Black Cleaver. These items provide Kha’Zix with a mix of damage, cooldown reduction, and survivability.

Divine Sunderer does not proc on Kha’s Q. If you want a more bruiser playstyle in the current patch, your best bet is conqueror with eclipse and black cleaver + situationals. He means that low cooldown Q lets him Q+aa to proc it. Eclipse into Black Cleaver into Frozen Heart or DD with Conquerer.
