The jacks don't have a lifetime warranty, that was the first thing I thought. The bottle jacks are manufactured by a company called Test Rite. Sears gave me their number and the jacks are priced somewhere between $20.00 and $30.00, but have been on back order for months and months. They have no idea when they're coming in..
