They are going to reflash the ECMs and "clean" the DOCs to eliminate excessive fuel dilution. The repair is supposed to take 1.5 hours per bus. On Maxxforce DT,9 and 10 with dual turbos you can easily take the compressor housings off and just spray brake clean to remove the junk, and wash out the housings in a parts cleaner. 1. We just had a major issue with the maxxforce 7 engine in our 2011 Sorrano and wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem. We were just getting underway on a weekend trip and as we tried to excellerate into traffic the motor died and we needed towing to a service repair facility.
