When you click on any activity, in the information box, it will tell you if there is matchmaking. Matchmaking in normal dares, legend dares has it off. Yup there is matchmaking in the normal version, which is all you need. It can drop from the end or you can use the Treasure Keys in Xur's Treasure Hoard at a shot at it.
